Stanley at the Smithsonian
Stanley is among the musicians who were selected to be included in the Smithsonian’s new African-American History Museum. His Alembic electric bass was selected to be included in the museum. Particularly meaningful to Stanley is that his display sits right next to that of one of his musical heroes, John Coltrane.
